Stem Cells, Bioethics, and IRBs: The Korean Experience

The presentation will cover IRB issues raised by the history of stem cell research/regulation in South Korea. He is the director of the IRB at Seoul National University, the epicenter of stem cell research in Korea and the university at the center of the stem cell scandal that seriously set back Korean research and changed the regulatory climate there.
